Givenchy Gives Its Wing Leather High-Top Sneakers a "Pink/Gray" Makeover
Continuing to build on its retro basketball silhouette.
Part of its ongoing Spring/Summer 2020 collection release, Givenchy has dropped a brand new iteration of its Wing Leather High-Top Sneakers in a ravishing two-tone color combo of Pink and Gray. The new sneaker, crafted in Italy using pristine leather, aptly borrows from retro styles, modernizing nostalgic design cues with lushly-paneled uppers and a perforated toebox.
On the upper, the shoe features contrasting color panels in both Pink and Gray, a front lace fastening, pull tabs (giving it the “Wing” name), branding hits at the tongue and sides, and a flat rubber sole. The midsole, which is offered up in a white base featuring black detailing, continues to exemplify the sneaker’s updated take on retro basketball styles.
