Phoebe Philo Reportedly Preparing Her Own Eco-Focused Collection
The former Céline designer is believed to be working on a new essentials range.

More than two years since she stepped down from her role Céline — to be replaced by Hedi Slimane — Phoebe Philo is reported to be preparing for a return to fashion. The British designer, who spent ten years working with the LVMH-owned label, is believed to be working on a new collection and interviewing designers to work on the project.
According to reports in WWD, Philo’s new collection will be eco-focused and will also focus on essential pieces. This would tie in with her signature modern and understated style, which helped Philo become one of the most influential designers of her generation. Philo has not responded to requests for comment about her next project, with a role at Azzedine Alaïa also long rumored to be a possibility.
