Ahead of the 2020 NBA All-Star Game, Nike has readied a take on the Air Force 1 to celebrate Chicago’s ties to basketball. Long before the upcoming All-Star gathering in the city, the Windy City has stood as a marker of the sport with everything from consecutive championships to elite youth programs.

Paying homage to that greatness, the Nike Air Force 1 “City of Dreams” features a grey tone leather upper expressing 10 divergent patterns that create a unique tapestry. Branding elements come in the form of distinct midfoot Swooshes, tongue tags and “NIKE CHI” embroidery at the rear. The black laces and matching sockliner create a contrast to the tone of the upper. Moving lower, the contrast is continued on the pure white AF1 sole unit.

Priced at $130 USD, the Nike Air Force 1 “City of Dreams” is set to release on Nike SNKRS and at select retailers.
