Best Coast Casts No Judgement in New Single "Different Light"

Best Coast has dropped off “Different Light,” a fresh cut from their forthcoming album Always Tomorrow.
Bethany Cosentino and Bobb Bruno, the duo behind the surf rock name, deliver a fast-paced offering that draws similarity to their earlier catalog of Crazy for You — only with less vocal reverb. As frontwoman Cosentino continues to gain confidence in herself and her vocal ability, she allows herself to shine while leaving a message of fairness for those who can’t seem to see eye-to-eye.
“Different Light” follows previous singles “Everything Has Changed” and “For the First Time.” Always Tomorrow marks the duo’s first studio album since 2015’s California Nights, and is their fourth overall studio album after Crazy for You and The Only Place.
