Despite his unexpected death in December 2019, Juice WRLD continues to be one of the most beloved musicians of the year. Chart Data revealed that the late rapper is the first and only artist of 2020 to have two of his albums sell more than 1 million copies each in the United States.

The pair of albums that gave Juice WRLD this impressive feat are Death Race For Love and Legends Never Die. The former was released in March 2019 and marked his last album release during his lifetime, while the latter dropped in July 2020 as his first posthumous record. Both albums debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, however Legends Never Die outsold its predecessor by 332,000 equivalent album units.

A second posthumous album from the late rapper is reportedly in the works. Juice WRLD’s colleague Lil Bibby accidentally revealed the news in October 2020, and while he didn’t give out any specifics, he went as far as calling the forthcoming release “crazy.”

Elsewhere in music, another album from the late Nipsey Hussle is “definitely” coming, as revealed by his friend and colleague J Stone.
