HAVEN Mixes Luxurious and Technical Elements for Converse Chuck 70 Collaboration
Premium suede and leather finished with a GORE-TEX membrane.
Canadian institution HAVEN has presented its debut collaboration with Converse, working with the footwear label to create a new interpretation of the Chuck Taylor 70. The key feature of the collaborative sneaker is its mix of luxurious and technical materials across the upper, with GORE-TEX adding durability to the construction
The upper itself comes in a premium suede, before being finished with leather on the mudguard, heel and toecap. This is then all covered with a GORE-TEX membrane, which guarantees waterproofing and breathability for the wearer. Other features include nylon taped heel pulls, an OrthoLite insole for extra cushioning and a raised black outsole for durability.
