Weber Workshops' Onyx EG-1 Is a Futuristic Café-Level Coffee Grinder

Weber Workshops has just released a coffee burr grinder that looks straight out of a science fiction film. The EG-1 Weber Workshop ONYX flat burr grinder is a cafe-level performance grinder for those that are heavily invested in home brewing — it also has the design to back it up.

Good for both pour-over and espresso-style preparations, the EG-1 features Weber Workshops’ CORE magnetically mounted burr set for screwless cleaning and quick setup. The EG-1 ONYX comes with a blind shaker, a full-grain leather tamping mat, an additional set of ULTRA burrs by SSP, and a charcoal-finished wooden Bean Cellar caddy.
