The Campana Brothers Unveil Limited Edition Mickey Mouse Ping Pong Table
Complete with matching rackets.

Brothers Fernando and Humberto Campana of design collective Estudio Campana are known for crafting whimsical furniture designs that draw inspiration from the City of Sao Paulo where the grew up. One of their most-recognized designs is the Banquete KAWS chair that is predominantly outfitted with BFF Companion plushes.
The pair has recently teamed up with Disney, APPortfolio and SOZA Contemporary on a limited edition ping pong table and matching racket set featuring intricate Mickey Mouse marquetry. Each table set takes over 300 hours to complete and is made of Burl wood — the same type of wood found in ancient furniture of Ming and Qing Dynasties.
“In order to ensure the lifelike and rich levels of Mickey’s design, we insist on using the mosaic technology. After complicated processes of mixing base color, primer and topcoat and finishing, the wood surface texture is clear without impurities, and the resistance to yellowing of paint film is also significantly enhanced, and the final effect is transparent and delicate,” said the Campana brothers in a statement.
The ping pong table measures 274 x 152 centimeters and arrives in an edition of 25. Moreover, two rackets come inside a bespoke wooden box featuring the Mickey Mouse graphic alongside two ping pong balls. The table set is available to purchase in the Land Crawford POP INFINITY pop-up store in Hong Kong. Head over to APPortfolio’s website to learn more.
