HOKA Readies the Rocket X, Its Most Energetic Running Sneaker To-Date
Landing on October 30.
HOKA has followed up its release of the Clifton Edge runner, with a sneaker its dubbed “one of the most energetic to-date”.
Crafted with a similar build to the Carbon X trainer it released last year, the all new Rocket X is the brand’s latest answer to engineered running footwear. Geared for elite athletes, this lightweight sneaker is the french brand’s most forward-thinking racing flat yet, through its utilisation of responsive carbon fiber in the midsole.
Employing the lightest foam in the brand’s history, a soft midsole carrier, breathable mesh upper and lightweight, rubberized foam outsole reduces weight even further. Resulting in a faster and overall more efficient feel, the HOKA Rocket X is primed for the shorter distances — unlike the majority of carbon plated runners on the market.
Set to launch on October 30, the HOKA Rocket X will be available from the HOKA webstore, retailing from £140 (approximately $185 USD).
In other news, the Off-White™ x Nike Air Zoom Tempo NEXT% has surfaced in a muted beige colorway.
