Dover Street Market Restocks Its Monochromatic adidas Stan Smith Collaborations
Elevated white and black styles with special branding on the heel.

After debuting in April, Dover Street Market and adidas Originals‘ elevated takes on the Stan Smith have restocked. Featuring monochromatic color schemes and special branding, each is an exercise in understated elegance and simple-yet-premium flair.
Returning in straightforward white and black makeups, each supplies a high-gloss, full grain leather upper. Tongue branding is noticeably absent, and the quarter panels’ standard perforated Three Stripe graphic/foil hits have been removed as well. However, there is branded embellishment on the heel thanks to a design split between the DSM hut on the left shoe and a standard adidas trefoil badge on the right shoe. Done up in black on the white pair and white on the black pair, these graphics provide the only visible divergance from the shoe’s single-colored build. Insoles inverse this alternate logo placement by moving the DSM branding to the right foot, and both styles are completed with trim tonal midsoles and outsoles.
Only time will tell if the Dover Street Market x adidas Stan Smith will settle into being a seasonal staple collaboration — like Supreme and Nike’s Air Force 1 was supposed to be — but you can snag a pair via Dover Street Market’s webstore now for $170 USD.
