Sustainable fashion has finally cemented itself on the industry’s agenda over the last few years. Amsterdam imprint Patta, though, has always been an advocate of speaking up for those who don’t have the ability themselves. This has never been more true than when discussing the environment and it’s with this ethos in mind that the Dutch label has announced its new line of reworked garments from previous releases.
For its first reworked capsule, Patta returns to a line of Levi’s pieces it collaborated on some years back. Comprising jackets, jeans, shirts and headwear, the original release offered an American heritage denim, with Patta’s street-ready, European twist. Now the label has reworked and dyed leftover pieces — meaning each garment is unique — to add a splash of exclusivity to winter wardrobes.
Specifically the Patta x Levi’s Reworks collection consists of a coach jacket, fishtail jacket, trucker jacket and a western shirt in a black and white colorway.
The collection will be available online and in-store at Patta Amsterdam, London and Milan, as well as on the app from Friday October 9, 13:00 (CEST).
In other news, Levi’s has launched its denim buyback initiative SecondHand.
