Dover Street Market Enlists adidas for Premium Monotone Stan Smith

Either way, this single-tone mentality informs the retailer’s forthcoming adidas collaboration, yielding two minimalist Stan Smith sneakers.
adidas’ timeless tennis shoe is stripped of its usual green heel panel in favor of tonal white and black full-grain leather uppers with matching rubber sole units. Unadorned by the familiar gold foil and Three Stripes branding on the lateral side, both styles instead sport contrasting Dover Street market and adidas Trefoil logos on the heel. Matching prints are emblazoned on the insoles, heightening the shoes’ understated designs.
Look for the tonal trainers to arrive on Dover Street Market web stores April 9. Dover Street Market London’s site lists the shoes’ price at $170 USD apiece, though they are available at every Dover Street Market location’s website in localized currencies.
