nonnative Reworks Converse's Pro Leather Hi for FW20
Arriving in two clean colorways.

After launching its “Winter & Spring” lookbook, nonnative has partnered with Converse for a new take on the Pro Leather Hi silhouette. The Japanese label has added a number of military-inspired design touches as well as references to previous nonnative releases.
Arguably the stand-out feature is the vertical zip fastening which runs along the front of the sneaker. Elsewhere, the shoe has been constructed from nonnative’s go-to long-grain hairy suede material, and features an EVA midsole, rubber outsole and “Chevron & Star” branding. The nonnative x Converse Pro Leather Hi is set to release in two stripped back color options of either all-white or all-black.
A string of other design alterations add the sneaker’s functional feeling, including an elastic strip on the forefoot which means the shoes can be worn without laces while the zipper is open. As well as this, nonnative has updated the zips from previous releases with VISLON replacing metal for a smoother fastening.

In other footwear news, Converse also recently released its colorful “Nor’Easter” pack.
