Gozney takes its Roccbox pizza oven and expands on the concept in a big way with the new Dome outdoor oven. The 25” x 24” x 28” dome is a professional-grade outdoor oven that can BBQ, roast, smoke, steam, or bake. Weighing 127 pounds, the oven cooks with either just wood or can be combined with gas.
Key features include a digital thermometer, a dial-adjusted air vent, a stone floor and dense insulation for more heat retention, and an ultra-durable ceramic bonded outer coating (protection from water and UV light). The Dome is also extremely versatile as an outdoor cooker as there’s already a number of accessories to match your custom cooking preferences — accessories like a Dome stand, a steam injector, a Neapolitan arch, mantle, and sealed door.
