Stone Island Bolsters Monochromatic Ghost Range With New SS20 Pieces
Utilitarian staples employing a newly developed Poliestere Stretch 5L fabric.

After recently teasing a variety of its forthcoming Spring/Summer 2020 season with a new “Icon Imagery” lookbook, Italian-based Stone Island has now released its latest Ghost range. Continuing to push forth the line’s emphasis on camouflage, the pieces are once again totally monochromatic. While last season’s Ghost range employed a brushed cotton nylon canvas material, this season’s range features a newly developed Poliestere Stretch 5L fabric composed of a double layer of ultra-fine polyester fabric. The two inner faces of this material have been further paired with a breathable, water and wind-proof performance membrane; in between this is a PrimaLoft layer that provides insulation on colder days and nights.
Highlights from the range include a variety of utilitarian jackets and a vest utilizing the Poliestere Stretch 5L material. These come in garment-dyed colors of Blue, Military Green, Black, and Natural White, featuring a plethora of pockets placed at the front and to the sides, with the zip-up jacket featuring a stow-away hood at the collar. Other unique pieces in the range include a crewneck knit in the aforementioned colors, as well as an overshirt, shorts, and pants. As is standard for the brand, all pieces come with the iconic Stone Island Badge on the left exterior, with the Badge placed on the pant’s right rear. Each has been finished with Stone Island branded hardware throughout.
Alongside the collection, Stone Island has also released a new visual for the collection which can be viewed below. All pieces are currently available via the brand’s webstore.
