Something Special Studios' Second Annual Photo Book Highlights Unique Summertime Experiences
Including the work of 13 photographers.
New York City-based Something Special Studios has released the second edition of their annual photo book, entitled Summer of Something Special. Facilitated through the studio’s creative platform, ssspecial projects, the book documents the personal, summertime experiences of 13 photographers and their subjects. 100% of the proceeds from the book sales will be donated to the American Civil Liberties Union.
Summer of Something Special acts as a “group diary,” collecting each photographer’s perspective on the energy that summertime brings. This year’s publication features work from a new cast of photographers, including Julian Klincewicz, Jamil Baldwin, Rebekah Campbell, Amanda Fordyce and Beth Garrabrant. Photographs range from sprawling landscapes taken on the road to close-up portraits of individuals.
