Nike Unveils Hybridized Jordan Air Max 200 in "Fire Red/Sail"
AJ4-inspired.
Nike has delivered a brand new silhouette just in time for the start of the new year. Inspired by the Air Jordan 4, the Jordan Air Max 200 is a hybridized take on a Jordan-Air Max 200 silhouette, equipped with a bevy of functional details.
Doused in “Fire Red/Sail,” the sneakers are dominated by bold red uppers, contrasted by a technical cream-colored midsole. The top of the sneaker is marked with a woven Jumpman tongue tab, followed by flat tonal laces covering the forefoot. To match the shade of the inner collars, a black heel pull has been placed at the rear, just above “Nike AIR” branding at the heel counter. The sidewalls boast semi-translucent overlays, offering a glimpse at the supporting cage underneath that contracts with the eyelet panels during movement for improved stability. All of these details sit atop a speckled midsole, complete with a black Air unit sole for optimal cushioning.
The Jordan Air Max 200 is currently available at Nike’s website for $126 USD.
Elsewhere, the Nike Air Tailwind 79 has been given a crisp “Neptune Green” makeover.
