Nike D/MS/X Gives Its Air Max 720 Waves a "Lilac" Makeover
Coming with a shoulder bag made from the shoe’s uppers.

Nike‘s contemporary D/MS/X line has just released a new colorway to its spruced-up Air Max 720 silhouette. Inspired by ’80s-era basketball shoes, the Air Max 720 Waves makes use of Nike’s tallest Air unit and adds a number of retro details like padded pods on the ankle collar, upper stitch detailing, and a classic lace system.
On top of its uppers crafted out of leather and textile fabric in Silver Lilac and Thunder Gray, the sneakers also see a neoprene bootie and a thick-padded tongue. Finishing off the shoe is a grooved rubber outsole for added traction, and a TPU clip for extra support. Those interested in the Air Max 720 Waves in Silver Lilac/Thunder Grey can find them over at Nike for a price of $190 USD where they come with an over-shoulder bag made from the same material that’s found on the shoe.
