Billionaire Boys Club Spring 2020 Collection Seeks to Channel Inner Peace
Shot in Oahu, Hawaii.

Pharrell Williams‘ Billionaire Boys Club is channelling good vibes and seeking harmony with its new Spring 2020 collection, dropping a workwear-inspired assortment that’s threaded with “messages of peace.” The capsule is grounded in sportswear pieces including bomber jackets, T-shirts, button-ups, track pants, and vests, while empowering graphics centered around the phrase “SEEK INNER PEACE” and lighthearted patterns evoke the free-spirited mentality.
Many of the highlighted styles mimic traditional military attire, with items like the C-1 Survival Vest and Tropical Field Jacket providing durable outerwear options. Camouflage prints throughout continue the combatant aesthetic, while a spattering of florals, paint splatter designs, helmets, and spaceships balance it out with more playful messaging and accentuate the lush Hawaiian backdrop. Other standouts like stonewashed denim, quilted jackets and embroidered hoodies round it all out, bringing in a variety of textures to the range.
“The delivery is a combination of loosely Western-inspired patterns mixed with camo to make a unique BBC pattern” explained BBC designer Joseph Au. “The French terry fabrics are washed and treated for soft hand feel mimicking an older, worn-in kint. This combined with the military camo tones offers a layered color palette, creating a unique range of looks within the collection.”
