Copenhagen Fashion Week's Showgoers Bring Overt Outerwear, Bold Bags & Clean Kicks
Weather-appropriate, but make it fashion.
Copenhagen Fashion Week never fails to impress, bringing mainstays including Soulland with its standout show, Ganni and its week-winning showcase, as well as a new sustainable initiative to the roster of runways performances. For the Fall/Winter 2020 season, showgoers also pulled out all the stops on the streets, turning looks that brought bold outerwear and clean kicks to the forefront.
Streetstyle this season included plenty of cold weather-appropriate coats, from double-breasted tailored options covered in fine check prints to extravagant, oversized blue suede jackets and vintage leather pieces. Elsewhere, showgoers presented a variety of footwear options ranging from GORE-TEX-equipped Nikes to Kiko Kostadinov’s ASICS, Balenciaga’s Track Sneaker and the iconic New Balance 990v5.
