Stone Island Offers New Outerwear Styles in FW19 Collection
Colors ranging from creamy neutrals to bold basics.
Last month, Stone Island presented its Fall/Winter 2019 Shadow Project collection, showcasing new fabrics and techniques in a minimalistic lookbook. This time, the brand returns with a new lookbook for the upcoming in-line season.
The Fall/Winter 2019 collection focuses on a variety of outerwear styles. As teased in the season’s preview earlier this summer, jackets, pants and backpacks are released in a special camo-styled fabric. The collection’s color palette ranges from cream and gray to more bold statements, like orange and green. Thick woolen knits act as layering pieces, while classic nylon metal jackets remain a staple seasonal piece. Other highlights include a reflective Harrington bomber jacket and a variety of heavy down jackets — most of the jackets offered are paired with matching pants and trousers.
Stone Island also includes more playful offerings: utilitarian vests take on multiple exterior pouches, crewneck pullovers are finished with iridescent tones and jackets have multi-color panels. The bundled looks are completed with a variety of headwear. Beanies and baseball caps, all branded with Stone Island logos, are available in the same colors as the outerwear options.
