Since crafting two vivid patterned editions of its M998 and M997 models, New Balance has continued the printed series with a galactic colorway of its Made in USA 998. This iteration takes on yet another eclectic combination, fusing abstract prints like speckled dots and tie-dye for a color scheme reminiscent of the Milky Way.

Officially dubbed “Blue with Green” on the brand’s webstore, the vibrant sneaker is constructed with black suede underlays and navy and purple overlays along the upper. Mesh panels bring in a variety of prints, including a pink tie-dye gradient on the collar and tongue, as well as a wavy green design on the toe. Meanwhile, the “N” logo is featured in turquoise and outlined in grey, bringing in yet another patterned element.

Other details like purple laces and a speckled midsole that’s reminiscent of stars continue the space theme. The shoe is then equipped with the brand’s trademark ABZORB midsole and a color-blocked outsole to round it all out.

Priced at $180 USD, the Made in USA 998 “Blue with Green” is available now from New Balance’s webstore.
