Shortly after unveiling its “Van Gogh Museum” BE@RBRICK, Japanese toy stalwart Medicom Toy is back with two new figures, this time tapping into the world of professional wrestling. Faces of pro WWE wrestlers AJ Styles and Shinsuke Nakamura have been immortalized in BE@RBRICK form.
Illustrated with a thick beard and parted hair, AJ Style’s caricature sits above a drawn six-pack and a set of black leather pants. Hits of blue appear at the hands, depicting the gloves, at the belt and at the legs. Complementing the lettering on the right leg, the number “1” is placed on the right, nodding to the wrestler’s current title as the WWE United States Champion in his third reign. Next up is Shinsuke Nakamura. The Japanese wrestler’s expression is accented by his thinly detailed goatee and side-parted hair. Below the head is a large belly drawn above burgundy colored pants that come etched with vertical white dots on each leg. Both figures see translucent ears, finished off with “WWE” branding at the back of the right leg.
