Following the music video “Sacrifices,” which starred J. Cole, EarthGang, Smino, and Saba, from a few weeks ago, J. Cole‘s Dreamville has returned, this time in the form of new visuals for “Sleep Deprived,” a track from Revenge of the Dreamers III.

Shot in one seamless take, all four artists, Lute, Omen, Mez, and DaVionne, exchange verses as they walk through some vibrant public spaces behind old industrial architectures. The song is doused in a series of soul-tinged piano chords that are backed by a laidback mid-tempo beat. Lute kicks off the song with a steady flow, followed by Mez, then DaVionne, who switches things up with her eloquent vocals and finally Omen, wrapping up the song with some thoughtful lyrics that sum up the theme of the track: “We all come from a very different path / Look at what we been through, look at where we at / Got ‘em losing sleep worried ’bout what we on / Said I wouldn’t make it but I always prove wrong, yeah.”
