LANDLORD Releases Deconstructed Mixed-Media Utility Vest
For all types of wear.

Ryohei Kawanishi’s experiment with utilitarian wear results in LANDLORD’s mixed-media vest, complete with multiple pockets, webbed straps, goldtone hardware and buckles at the shoulders and sides.
Inspired by America’s hip-hop culture in the ’80s, the designer turns the utility vest silhouette into one ready for the streets. Coming in beige and burgundy with houndstooth-weave wool and black mesh panels, the deconstructed look of the vest allows it to be worn over any piece of clothing. The webbed fabric straps continue onto the back which is held into place by snap tabs and D-rings.
The mixed-media utility vest is now available online at barneys.com for $600 USD.
Most recently, Only NY opened its second store in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
