The Plug Drops Collaborative Rap Album Featuring Tory Lanez, Offset and More
‘Plug Talk’ brings together artists from Europe and America.

Last week, Dappy and Tory Lanez revealed their single and video for “Not Today.” The track gave us a glimpse at The Plug‘s collaborative album of rappers from the U.S. and Europe titled Plug Talk. Now, the Amsterdam-based coffee shop/record label has released the 13-track comprehensive project which enlists talents like Offset, Yxng Bane, M Huncho, D Block Europe, Roddy Ricch, Lil Baby and more.
The origin of the album started a few years ago when owner Jack the Plug met recording engineer Sean D. Inspired by the convergence of cannabis culture, Jack aspired to also find a connection with music and unite a range of U.S. and U.K. rappers. “The respect of each artist and what they’re doing for urban music in their respective countries made the connection between the artists turn into something great. We’re happy to be able to connect different European artists and show that good music can be made despite the language barrier,” Jack explained to Complex.
