Nike Serves up a Sleek "Triple Black" Rendition of Its Shox TL Silhouette
Updating the original silhouette from 2003.
Nike continues to expand its Shox TL portfolio, following the Neymar Jr. x Nike Shox TL “Black/Gold” with a new triple black iteration. The Shox TL is an update to the original 2003 silhouette that made a mark in the sneaker market with its unique midsole.
Decked in a mix of mesh, nylon, rubber and neoprene fabrics, the sneaker is doused in a stealthy black colorway. At the top of the tongue “Nike Shox” branding comes in sharp hits of red, while breathable mesh follows through to the lower toe cap. Tonal webbing is placed along the sidewalls, contrasted with an embroidered Swoosh. The sneaker’s signature Shox midsole is laid out in black, too, adding a glossy finish to the throwback footwear piece.

Elsewhere, Nike has unveiled its special edition Metcon 5 “Medal Strong.”
