Kaina Releases Debut LP 'Next to the Sun'
Unifying the Chicago music scene with her Venezuelan and Guatemalan heritage.

First-generation Latina artist KAINA drops her debut LP Next To The Sun via Sooper Records. The singer/producer creates generational music that surpasses borders, a unified expression of her native Chicago, coupled with her Venezuelan and Guatemalan heritage.
Produced by KAINA and Sen Morimoto, the album blends her love for Latin music with the soulfulness of her Chicago upbringing. She has previously worked with the likes of Saba, The O’My’s, Jamila Woods and Ravyn Lenae. With her unique voice, KAINA has lived in, developed and been accepted by rap, R&B, and indie worlds.
