Mizuno Taps La MJC to Reintroduce an Updated Mondo Control
Celebrating Club 75s fourth anniversary.

Last year, we saw La MJC and Mizuno collaborate on a striking red-colored Wave Rider 1. The duo has returned, this time with a fresh set of sneakers clad in monochrome.
Mizuno has enlisted Michael Dupouy’s La MJC to reintroduce the Mizuno Mondo Control – a silhouette that first came out in 1994. The release comes in celebration of the Parisian Boutique Club 75’s fourth anniversary and includes the colorways “Carte Blanche” and “Or Noir.” A mix of suede and mesh panels cover the uppers, complete with embroidered branding along the sides. Tonal laces cover the embossed leather tongue, while Mizuno’s signature logo graces the vamps. Swatches of premium suede cover the toe cap and rear, with subtle perforations at the heel. As a finishing note, the sneaker comes with an articulated midsole etched with circular debossing and striped ridges. Each colorway comes in a limited run of 75 pairs.
The La MJC x Mizuno Mondo Control “Carte Blanche” and “Or Noir” will be available exclusively at Club 75’s physical location in Paris on June 22.
In other related news, the Converse Chuck 70 sneakers have arrived in a multicolored flaming archive print.
