Emotional Oranges Share Intimate Visual for "Good To Me"
Off the duo’s latest project ‘The Juice Vol. 1.’
Enigmatic Los Angeles-based R&B duo Emotional Oranges has returned with a brand new cinematographic visual for “Good To Me.” The new Danilo Parry-directed visual takes aim at the duo’s single off of their debut fun-length project, The Juice Vol. 1, which aptly channels a meticulous funk-tinged blend of jazzy instrumentals and soulfully-smooth vocals.
In a press release for the newly released visual, the duo shared their thoughts on the video:
The video deals with a haunting feeling of losing someone you’re truly connected to. When an intimate relationship between two people is very strong, they begin to solidify together. And when that type of tight bond is psychically separated, the spirit is still there and continues to be connected. Pottery and the idea of building something with your hands felt like the perfect visual representation of our message.
The visual maintains itself as a bold visual accompaniment to the idiosyncratic smooth-hitter, offering up a euphorically-retro groove.
