Cyrax & $ilkMoney Come Together in Psychedelic Visual for "Tank"
The Divine Council members are back.
Divine Council members and DMV rappers Cyrax and $ilkMoney have come together in a new music video “Tank.” A single off of Cyrax’s latest Stay Active EP, “Tank” relishes in its hard-banging bassline and psychedelic synth and snare work, provided by producers Ginseng and WildCard, helping to emphasize the duos drill-tinged DMV flows.
In a recent interview with The Fader, Cyrax noted that the “inspiration behind this song really came from me playing Grand Theft Auto 5, going crazy with the tanks and just flexing with it.” The new visual uses an editing style reminiscent of old VHS videos, with heavily edited photo cutouts overlaid atop footage.
