Kevin Durant Ups the Luxury on the Master & Dynamic MW65 Noise-Cancelling Headphones

After recent reports of Kevin Durant‘s investment firm 35 Ventures’ equity partnership with New York-based headphone manufacturer Master & Dynamic, Durant introduces his first Studio 35 collaboration with the company. The athlete has reimagined the brand’s new MW65 Active Noise-Cancelling Wireless Over-Ear Headphones.
In addition to the Durant-designed aesthetics, the headphones boast a bevy of impressive technical features. With two modes for noise-cancellation, the over-the-ear device utilizes a “Hybrid” ANC technology which uses interference principles to cancel surrounding ambiance. Built-in Google Assistant provides wearers with hands-free access to a list of voice commands for a frictionless user experience. And even though the headphones feature 24 hours of listening time on a full charge, the battery will return the power up to 50% in up to 15-minutes for a quick charge.
The model’s aesthetic features are maintained within the build, updated in a silver hue that wraps completely over the headphones. Similarly colored luxe materials, like heavy grain leather and lambskin, outfit the memory foam ear pads. And when not in use, the MW65 headphones can be stashed in their embossed leather and canvas pouch, rounding out the tunnel-ready accessory.
