The North Face Adds '90s Color Pops & Tactical Hues to RTC Footwear Collection
Featuring two new silhouettes.
Pioneering outdoor specialist The North Face returns to the footwear scene this season with the second drop of its technically-influenced RTC collection. The drop consists of the Sumida Moc Knit and Spreva, as well as two new silhouettes for the new season – the Sihl Mid and Havel — with each pair receiving either a nod to the 1990s or a tactical tonal overhaul in black and grey.
The Spreva features an EXTS outsole system which provides traction and is paired with a FastFoam midsole for superior cushioning, and is reworked in ’90s-inspired block colors of neon pink, yellow and bright blue. The black mesh upper on the Spreva is adorned with giant The North Face branding, whereas the Sihl Mid sees minimal branding on its zebra-striped tongue patch.
The all-new Havel sees a clean grey knit construction, littered with flecks of black throughout and is finished with a white knitted collar and a plastic heel cup. Translucent plastic overlays are featured on the toebox and showcase the tonal black TNF branding, while a sculpted FastFoam sole unit finishes off the sleek sporting silhouette.
You can take a look at the collection’s second drop above, and head to The North Face Post St in San Francisco and The North Face Fifth Ave in Manhattan, as well as its online store from June, to pick up your favorite pair. Prices range from $100 USD to $120 USD.
