Oakley and size? Come Together for a Psychedelic Capsule
Dubbed “Chemical Vision.”
Last month, we saw Oakley collaborating with Palace for a vibrant capsule of surf-inspired garments. And with Oakley’s growing portfolio of collaborations taking flight, the Californian label is teaming up with the retailer size? for an exclusive capsule doused in wild psychedellic patterns.
Dubbed “Chemical Vision,” vivid hues of orange, red, purple and white are mixed throughout a range of technical fabrics — the inspiration for the collection stems from the West Coast tie-dye boom that started in the ’60s. Apart from signature eyewear silhouettes, garments in the lineup include T-shirts, shorts, hoodies, technical jackets, bucket hats and socks, to mention a few. One standout piece is an iteration of Oakley’s iconic Eye Jacket. The jacket holds a slight sheen and sees a half-zip construction with the words “Genuine Software” emblazoned across the front. Each piece has been individually hand-dipped in a special dye to achieve a unique pattern and is limited to 150 pieces only. Other highlights are the mirrored sunglasses that have been laser engraved with their own identification numbers.
Ranging from $25 – $165 USD, the exclusive “Chemical Vision” collection will be available on May 30 at size?’s online store as well as its physical locations.
