Kevin Gates teases the arrival of a forthcoming project with another new track, this time featuring production work from super-producer Charlie Heat. Gates flexes his unique persona on “I Got That Dope” while the track utilizes key arrangements to keep up with his tempo.
The Louisiana rapper previously dropped his Luca Brasi 3 project last September after finishing out a brief prison sentence. Since then, he’s released several tracks, including “RGWN,” and “Right Game Wrong N***a,” leaving many to speculate an official project from the Baton Rouge native is inbound.
