Masego and FKJ Drop Long-Awaited Video for "Tadow"
Complete with a saxophone serenade.
What started out as an impromptu track between multi-instrumentalist Masego and producer FKJ, “Tadow” became an unexpected hit across streaming platforms. Two years following the release of the viral song, the duo has finally released the visuals, directed by Joe Weil and produced by Psycho Films. Opening up with a definition of the title, “Tadow” ends up replacing street signs, billboards, storefronts, advertisements and more. Masego spots a lady in a bar and sends her a note with the ubiquitous text, as he serenades her with his soulful voice and a saxophone solo in the park. “Tadow” appears on Masego’s debut album, Lady Lady, which was released late last year.
Watch the visuals above, and be sure to also catch Masego showing his instrumental skills in Ari Lennox‘s latest video for “Up Late.”
