Dime Previews Tongue-In-Cheek 2019 Summer Lookbook
Featuring new logos and prints.
After just releasing its Spring 2019 collection back in March, Montreal-based skate label Dime has returned with a sizable lineup of Summer 2019 garments.
Opening with images of a boxing dummy, and then brought to a tanning salon towards the end, Dime’s tongue-in-cheek lookbook showcases a range of logo-heavy graphics over brightly tinged fabrics for the warmer months ahead. The summer lineup includes an assemblage of various tees, long-sleeves, branded shorts and hoodies, polos, functional pants, 6-panel hats, sock and shorts.
Notable highlights include the imprint’s serif logo that appears over black and yellow hoodies, their matching sweatpants, burgundy and lavender T-shirts as well as a trio of solid-colored shorts. New logos also shine through, with “DIME” done up in bubble letters and a beachy typeface juxtaposed with palm trees. Two T-shirts in pink and black showcase graphics of dinosaurs with the words “In Loving Memory” emblazoned above. Other pieces like the knee-patched pants, nylon hats and embroidered ankle socks round up the collection.
The Dime Summer 2019 collection will be available on May 18 at 1 p.m. EST on the label’s website and at its brick-and-mortar in Montreal.
