Returning off the hot-end of their debut mixtape Bethnal, Manchester grunge-meets-rap trio Badgirl$ has returned with a brand new music video for their latest single, “Click.” Maintaining their genre-bending sound, the three members –Cooks, Bubz, and Billi – relish in an idiosyncratic infusion of punk, grunge, cloud rap, and more. The instrumental remains powered by an eclectic guitar additive, tinged over the distinct sound of roaring hip-hop snares and rolling basslines. Sonically, the track remains a mixture of murky grunge which transcends to a sense of experimental pop when met with the crew’s brooding vocals.

The new visual for the single maintains the distinct aural flare, offering up a perfect fever dream-like pairing. The three of them wander around various spots from parks to streets and other public areas while wearing trench coats, leather boots, and rabbit masks — simultaneously smoking the occasional cigarette.
