Tom Sachs Announces BEAMS Pop-Up With Exclusive T-Shirt Collab
Taking place in Tokyo.
Tom Sachs’ latest work is a pop-up store. Landing at BEAMS Tokyo, the space will run alongside his solo exhibition “Tea Ceremony” and stocks rare goods, such as the NASA Chair that Sachs first debuted back in his NY exhibition “NASA SPACE PROGRAM: MARS” in 2012.
The collaboration is a first, with BEAMS becoming the first retailer to join forces with the artist. To celebrate the occasion, there’s an exclusive Tom Sachs x BEAMS t-shirt that will be available for purchase alongside merch usually only available from Sachs’ web store. The Tom Sachs pop-up will run from April 19 to May 6.
In other news, BEAMS recently re-released Live Small/Live Modern for the first time in English.
