Mike Dinero Celebrates the West Coast's Palm Trees & Sunny Weather for "Aye Money"
A new video in support of the LA artist’s upcoming EP.
Continuing to carve out his own lane in the contemporary West Coast rap scene and lay the foundations for his signature sound and career, rising Los Angeles artist Mike Dinero teams up with director Kid for the official video in support of his new single “Aye Money.” Released as promotion for his forthcoming Pay 2 Play EP, the iStayLive-produced record serves as our introduction to the style and sonic direction of Mike Dinero’s next major project.
“‘Aye Money’ is an overall vibe,” Mike Dinero tells us. “I felt like I had to give the city something different. It’s a sound that’s been around but rarely heard from someone like me. Being from LA and Hispanic, ‘Aye Money’ was a song I knew would catch people’s attention. It was a way to remind people how deep the LAnd runs, especially if you not from the West Coast. The video captures what it’s like to live under palm trees and sunny weather.”
You can check out Mike Dinero’s new music video and single, “Aye Money,” above, while Pay 2 Play is expected to arrive in the near future.
