adidas UltraBOOST 2.0 Surfaces in Stars & Stripes Colorway
Slated for a summer 2019 release.
adidas has another UltraBOOST 2.0 on the way, with a special-edition “Stars & Stripes” design set to release this summer. The sneaker is constructed from a Primeknit upper in tonal black, grey and white, with black also appearing on the overlay cages and heel unit.
The stand-out feature of the sneaker, however, is the stars and stripes pattern that adorns the cage. The lateral side of each sneaker features this in blue with white stars, while the medial side is dressed in blue and white stripes. This color palette also extends to the heel tab, which bares adidas branding in white, blue and red. Lastly, the silhouette is finished with stars and stripes-adorned insole units.
Currently there is no official release date for the UltraBOOST 2.0 “Stars & Stripes,” but expect it to hit adidas retailers sometime in Summer 2019.
