adidas Consortium Recruits South Africa's Shelflife for ZX4000 Collaboration
Celebrating the country’s craftmanship legacy.

With the ZX4000 4D in “Carbon” finally set to release, adidas Consortium has unveiled its latest ZX4000 collaboration. This time linking up with South Africa-based sneaker and streetwear store Shelflife, the sneaker is reworked with one subtle side hiding an eye catching medial-side pattern.
When viewed from the lateral side, the Shelflife x adidas Consortium ZX4000 showcases its upper constructed from luxurious grey nubuck and woven fabric — a reference to South Africa’s legacy of craftmanship. This understated side obscures the medial side of the shoe, which features a colorful jacquard-printed panel.
Shelflife’s collaboration with adidas Consortium is set to arrive on April 20, and will be priced at both $149.95 EUR and $149.95 USD.
