The Good Company Throws It Back to the 1990s in Retro SS19 Collection

Referencing New York subway adverts and the American dream.

The Good Company returns for Spring/Summer 2019 with a heavy dose of Americana, artistic energy and a playful flair.

Dropping a selection of T-shirts, long sleeves, hoodies, a jean jacket, hats, socks, tote bags, and a Nalgene wide-mouth bottle, The Good Company keeps it graphic-heavy and muted for SS19. Standout pieces from the collection include the “For A Good Time, Call” New York poster T-shirt, the “Underneath The Concrete The Dream Is Still Alive” T-shirt, and the pop-art inspired orange fruit logo tote bag.

The collection echoes the blended New York aesthetic of pop culture and downtown graffiti and grit, seen through its manipulated graphics and subway advertisement references. Rounding off the collection is The Good Company’s turtle mascot, whose shell spells out the labels name. Touching the denim jacket, a sweater and the water bottle, the mascot-adorned pieces offer a more playful approach to this Good Co. drop.

See the lookbook above, and head to The Good Company’s New York store and online at 11am EST on March 22 to shop the collection.
