UPDATE (23/03/19): On Friday night, cultural icon Pharrell Williams gave fans another look at his upcoming collaborative efforts with French fashion house Chanel. The 15-second clip, which was shared via Instagram, sees Williams flaunting the soon-to-be-coveted looks accompanied by groovy tunes and a lighted orb in his mouth.

Original Story (28/02/19): Cultural icon Pharrell Williams is teaming up with Chanel on a line of collaborative items.
Sitting down with GQ France, Williams teased the upcoming joint effort by showcasing a few of the items what will be part of the collection including round “Pharrell/Chanel” sunglasses in blue and green; a green tote; a blue quilted bum bag; and a pair of Chanel x Pharrell sneakers. For the apparel, Williams is spotted in a white sweatshirt with “Chanel Pharrell” in red on the chest; a plain white shirt; and yellow hoodie with Chanel branding.
Along with sharing his pieces from the forthcoming capsule, Williams also touched upon fashion, feminism, and what it was like working with Karl Lagerfeld. Watch “24 Hours with Pharrell” above and head over to GQ France for the full cover story.
The news was first announced back October during Chanel’s Cruise 2018-’19 runway show held in Bangkok, Thailand. Look for the Chanel x Pharrell pieces to land at Chanel boutiques soon. Stay tuned for more details.
