Nike’s Air Max 95 Essential will soon feature one of the most recognizable colorways of the footwear world. Its mesh upper sees a combination of black and red - best known as “Bred” – throughout its alternating stripes. As small hint of contrast lies in its white midsole which houses red Air Max units to match the upper. Lastly, Air Max insignias return to the tongue and heel with a translucent outsole capping off the breathable runner.

The renowned colorway is not exclusive to classic models within the Nike lineup — most recently, black and red found its way onto the Jordan Legacy 312, the Jordan 89 Racer, as well as the Nike Zoom Rookie.

The Nike Air Max 95 Essential “Bred” is set to arrive in the coming months at select Nike Sportswear retailers and Nike.com for $160 USD.
