As the second installment to its Reveal series, New Balance introduces the all-new Tokyo Design Studio RC_2.
Developed by NB’s American and Japanese design teams, the new urban trekker is said to “blend the boldness of overt American branding with the Japanese sensibilities of quality, consideration, and craftsmanship.” As a result the RC_2 features a GORE-TEX upper, an ENCAP Reveal cushioning system, and a serrated rubber outsole, all perfect for urban exploration. Lastly, for its inaugural launch, the sneaker will drop in three colorways, including brown, grey and black.
The New Balance Tokyo Design Studio RC_2 will retail for $200 USD on March 9, with an additional drop to follow at Notre on March 16. A global launch will also take place at select New Balance retailers on March 23.
