Union LA Releasing Vintage Collab Pieces With AWAKE NY, Election Reform!, Please and Thank You

After showcasing COMME des GARÇONS HOMME Plus‘ colorful plaid suit in its spring/summer 2019 editorial, Union Los Angeles returns to drop off a set of collaborations with AWAKE NY, Election Reform! and Please and Thank You. The styles encompass a new jacket, as well as a graphic T-shirt that both accentuate a vintage theme.

For the AWAKE NY x Election Reform! x Please and Thank You collaboration, the trio have conceived the “Team Fishtail Parka,” created from an old U.S. Military jacket. The outerwear piece has been bleached and dyed for a washed-out aesthetic, and features all three brands in an embroidered logo. Measuring 28” from armpit to armpit, the garment is considered a one-size fits all style that can also serve as a layering piece. The more it’s worn, the more the parka will change for a truly faded look over time.

As for the Election Reform! x AWAKE NY T-shirt, a recycled top has been used to craft the graphic-adorned style. Like the parka, the tee has been bleached and dyed leaving it with a purple and pink-hued tie-dye pattern. Artwork on the front and back features bold white graphics of both brand’s names.

Expect the collaborations to release tomorrow, March 14, at 12 p.m. PST at Union LA.

AWAKE NY and Election Reform! also teamed up this past December, in which the duo hosted a charity drive to benefit School on Wheels.
