First Look At Anti Social Social Club's Reference-Heavy "STRESSED" SS19 Collection
Delivering mockery, slogans and a Jansport bag.
Anti Social Social Club presents “STRESSED,” the LA streetwear imprints Spring/Summer 2019 collection.
Comprised of hoodies, T-shirts, socks and accessories, ASSC has taken action on its notorious shipping issues by delivering a number of shipping related graphics. The self-mockery starts with a “Not Fucking Happy” box graphic hoodie and then becomes more apparent with a shipping truck graphic T-shirt and, most notably, a shipping label T-shirt.
The shipping label T-shirt is one of the collections best pieces, finding the perfect balance between mockery and well-designed streetwear. The label is comprised of all the necessary shipping information as if ASSC were a haulage company, providing a unique graphic twist to the typical ASSC logomania we’re used to. Other key items include the “Get Weird” hoodie and socks, plug socket graphic T-shirt, dragon emblem hoodie, and the “STRESSED” collection name T-shirt in a deviating collection colorway of yellow and red.
ASSC is also set to drop a Jansport backpack, taking the high school staple accessory and adorning it with graffiti that wouldn’t look out of place in downtown LA’s Arts District. ASSC tweaks the Jansport logo with a seemingly Tipp-ex scribbled “LAO” tag, as well as a large “ASSC” tag and further doodles throughout.
Neek Lurk‘s ASSC SS19 “STRESSED” collection is set to release on March 16 at 8 AM PST on Anti Social Social Club‘s website.
