UPDATE: A week after original release of Nipsey Hussle’s “Racks in the Middle” single with Roddy Ricch and Hit-Boy, the record’s official music video has surfaced. The “Racks in the Middle” visual was filmed by Directed by Sergio, a music video director who has worked with Nipsey Hussle on multiple occasions and become one of the West Coast superstar’s close collaborators in recent months.
Nipsey Hussle had quite a year in 2018, releasing his hit debut album Victory Lap, which even received a GRAMMY nomination. To carry on his wave of success, the artist recently released “Racks in the Middle” featuring Roddy Ricch, and produced by Hit-Boy.
Fans have welcomed the track with open arms, as many are excited to see what the rapper will be working on next. The single speaks on Nipsey’s road to success, working hard and the harsh conditions he faced growing up trying to make it.
