Jordan 89 Racer Gets Taken Over by AJ4's Signature Colorways
“Oreo” or “Toro”?

The Jordan 89 Racer is a hybrid model which combines the designs of both basketball and track footwear. After teasing the “Bred” pack, Jordan Brand now releases two more OG colorways of these innovative running sneakers.
Maintaining distinctive features of the original Air Jordan 4, the pair’s uppers boast grey lace stays, lateral eyelet wings as well as Jumpman motifs. Besides the knit body, these sneakers are also equipped with specialized outsoles for running, akin to those of the Flyknit Racer.
Drawing inspirations from the basketball silhouette’s retro colorways, the Racer 89 gets coated with a “Toro”-inspired “Red/Black” palette along with an “Oreo”-like “Black/Grey” hue detailed with speckled accents.
Priced at $100 USD, both iterations are now available for purchase on Nike.com and at select stockists. Make sure to grab a pair if you are a Jordan fan. In more sneaker news, check out the “Vast Grey” edition of Air Jordan 33.
